Has anyone taken otc cold/sinus medicine and experienced no to little burn in feet and legs? I usually can't sit for a minute that I don't feel the burn and sitting now ( not at for a real long time yet) I've not felt the burn in two days? Also does anyone take the pain meds as needed for snf ( whether it be cymbalta, gabapetin or amriytpline) ? I'm not sure as my doctor said i could take them as needed at night but in reading i think some need to build up in your system to work. They r trying to find something i can take during the day and at night that doesn't leave me a zombie the next day like gabapentin and amtripyline , so now i'm going to try Cymbalta 30 mg once a day , not sure if that is in the morning or at night for it to work the best.

If your cold medicine has DM in it.... that might be what is working. (also antihistamine if you have allergies or excess histamine causing paresthesias).
You cannot take DM products with Cymbalta. So keep that in mind.

Oh I"ve not startedf my Cymbalta , I'm going to wait until after all this crud goes away as not to have too many things going on and then i not know if it is the cymbalta or the cold med, yep i'm sure there is anithistimine as one is clarindin d the other is contact cold /flu. I started with the claridin as i thought it was sinus at first from the salt water pool at the gym , but then the throat started . I'm also doing my home rememdy of half apple vinegar and half local honey take a teaspoon every time i walk through the kitchen , it does seem to help . I've got my first grand baby coming anytime between now and jan 26 so i can't be sick .

There is no DM in either.

no it doesn't show Dm just says acetaminophen . thanks for telling me all this useful info. I'm waiting till next week when i'll be home and not at work to start the cymbalta as I've read some of the reactions of others and figure it best i plan to be at home just in case for the first few days. So by then i do hope this crud stuff is gone .
