Default Magnesium

Ionic fizz magnesium supplement recommended by Mrs D. seems to have worked for me. I went from two scoops a day to now whenever I think about it because cramping has seemingly stopped. Also Epson salts if you take baths. Nothing new here but sometimes with all the information and experimenting we forget some of the simple stuff. These conditions are very tricky though. My symptoms move around, retreat and return sometimes with a vengeance. Two weeks ago I considered an extra part time job, last week I thought about disability. This week I hiked 7 miles along the sandy beaches of Lake Ontario. Well my right foot is extremely numb after all that. I'm learning not to freak out so much when there is a strange flare up. That being said, I think we can all relate to the panic and fear.
