Heart Maybe this will help someone.......

I came across the following website. There's a wealth of info on all different types of neuropathy including compounding gels which I was researching. It seems to be current, and there is no one trying to sell you a product. I am taking some info to my doctor to enlighten her.

There's a scrolling list on the right side of the page that deals with every issue there is with neuropathy. There's a lot to read but it might help some.

Lightbulb

The HIV community has had neuropathy problems for over a decade as the drugs used to suppress the virus, also damage the nerve cells. Also this community uses alot of antibiotics long term at times.

So yes, they are very up on various neuropathy treatments and interventions. They've been using acetyl carnitine for a LONG time to help with it for example.

Thanks for the link,
It is a huge website...can't take it all in at once!
