Angry Going nuts!!! Please help!!

I am 39 and having bunch of weied things going on!! I have been to nuro and had normal blood work, normal emg, mri showed mild disk bulg with mild stenosios narrowing l5 s1. Went to rheumotologist blood work normal except vitamin d low, xrays normal, also have planter fascitius(fallen arches), tight hamstrings and calves. So i get a burning sensation in my legs more in the left side.... Now im getting burning sensations in my elbows, wtf!!! Lately my finger tips feel extra sensative when typing or even when i rub them together almost like irritations!! I go to the gym, i do yoga, im all types of vitamins!! What the hell is going on!!
