For those of you that are using supplements , which ones do you feel have decreased the burning in feet /legs, how much do you take and what brand is the best ? I'm ready to start on a supplement process and want all the info I can get on what I should do. I have idiopathic small nerve fiber neuropathy. Thanks in advance

I find for me, that certain foods/spices are big triggers.
Tomato sauces, MSG, potatoes, peppers, curry, are some examples that set me off. If your burning is in response to sitting (I looked back on your post history), then fixing your chair, and perhaps using a memory foam cushion may help. You can try magnesium lotions too, and I find this very helpful for my left ankle when it is acting up with burning/prickling/sometimes throbbing pain. I do think the R-lipoic acid is helping me some...when I switched to the better form, the stabilized one NaRALA...I seem less reactive to my usual triggers. I will know more when summer comes as heat usually makes my lower legs burn more. That is my Biofreeze time of year .
