Default pain flare

Today my feet are hurting bad. Went to church and did more standing than usual. But this time the pain seems more intense. So soaking in warm water with epsom salts, use biofreeze, lidocaine ointment.

Do any of you get flares like this?

Welcome to our forum Karli, and yes I get these flares all the time. I think you are doing all the right things, Epsom salt footbaths work best for me.
