New to Board: Anyone have non-painful rhythmic pulsations through their body?

Does anyone know what causes this? I've had this for years and don't know what it is. It's like I can feel my pulse beating throughout my entire body but it's not painful and I don't have any blood vessel/heart issues.

Anyone find a way to ameliorate this? Thanks!!!
