Default New to Board: Anyone have non-painful rhythmic pulsations through their body?

Does anyone know what causes this? I've had this for years and don't know what it is. It's like I can feel my pulse beating throughout my entire body but it's not painful and I don't have any blood vessel/heart issues.

Anyone find a way to ameliorate this? Thanks!!!

I get pulsations without pain when I wake up from a nap. It's a very consistent rhythm; it reminds me of a strobe light because of the speed and consistency. I think it must be electrical - nerves firing. It's too fast to be blood. It's usually in my feet and lower leg. I've wondered if it was heart-related but haven't got my EKG and ECG results back yet. It's certainly an intriguing phenomenon! I get pain from peripheral neuropathy but not these fast pulsations.

I once had something similar when I woke up in the middle of the night. Those pulsations were close to my heart when I was really tired.
