Default Homeopathy

Anyone tried this route? Been having a look at alternatives as finding Lyrica side effects hard going, worth a try or what?
Noticed St John's Wart getting mentioned as a pain reliever too, used it years ago for mood but think I had to stop as conflicting with other meds.
Any advice, experiences appreciated

I don't use homeopathy, but supplements have been wonderful.

One always has to be sure they are using the terms correctly.

Homeopathy is a very specialized sub part of complementary medicine. It is using minute amounts of "like" substances to treat certain conditions. And I mean minute....like 1 in a million or 1 in a 100million concentration.

It does not include vitamins, minerals, supplements or herbs, like St. John's Wort.

We use homeopathy with mixed results. When it works, it's great. It is a very complex process and getting the right remedy and dosing can be difficult. I've never attempted to use it on John's PN because it is so complex.

And there's not one remedy for PN. A good homeopathic doctor will look at the big picture and prescribe based on multiple physical and emotional symptoms.

It can take up to a year or more but most get some response early on.

Thanks to all, does look pretty complex and wouldn't like to stop supplementing, still hopeful of some improvement and maybe too much at the one time, difficult to say what's actually working
