Default nearly pain free

I started experiment in Jan. and the pain has gone from 8-10 to 1-2.
the only thing i have done different is use my TENS unit on my spine. I do still pray each day and take my vitamins.

I am still trying to find relief for the inflamation. If i walk to much they swell and get real sore. After 13 years with Pn IT IS strange being almost painless.
Will keep posting how i am doing.

Pain free to everyone. GEORGE

That's wonderful George, I will have to dig my Tens machine out and give it a try. It is really encouraging to hear your good news.
