Take care Sue. I know it is easy to get scared. Also, we wonder what we did to cause it. I think mine was anitibiotics and/or surgery I had. The body wants to heal, so hopefully you can try what Mrs D said, and it will help. I do all I can and have had so much improvement. Nerves take a long time to heal so do all you can and then give the nerves a chance to heal.:) Don't forget to eat REALLY nutrient dense food. Good antioxidents, etc.

So l guess l should be looking at ways to get my inflammation down.
Would this show up on a blood test of some kind? Also, have you heard of Kartia or Astrix brand of Aspirin? They are meant to be the better ones. Where would l order the Bayer Apsirin from? So your saying that if l feel better after a few days of taking it, it means l could have inflammation issues going on? Do l need to take 500mg each day? Maybe l should start with less. When they say there is a risk of internal bleeding, is that if only taken long term and if you are other issues going on? You know l will try so hard to get to the bottom of this. I will search high and low to find out if Restylan was the cause of my PN. I am sure if l dig deep enough l will find plenty of side effects to this filler. But all these fillers are very new and research has only been touched on, and then they use these on people, to make a dollar. Its sad, but true. Anyway, what would be the best nutritious diet for inflammation ? What kinds of food should l eat on a daily basis? Thanks Sue |
This is doctor Weil's anti-inflammation diet.
http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/ART02012...lammatory-diet Watch starches, sugar, and saturated fat. There is a site that rates foods on inflammatory potential: http://nutritiondata.self.com/ example: Oatmeal... http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/...cereals/1673/2 Edamame beans: And they taste good too. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/...roducts/9873/2 (good source of magnesium and potassium) |

Yes, a C-reactive protein blood test is easy to test for infamation. It is important for heart health as well.
Gettiing the carbs and sugar way down also. I do not eat gluten. Only good carbs and foods very high in nutrients as well as the supplemets we talk about. I have had great success this year after doing research and having my doctor put me on the right dose and brands. |
My blood test come in this week, so will find out more soon.
Also, have already been on the real self web site, and am already amazed at what l am finding. Someone actually went blind from the restylane as the needle was injected on the forehead region. That is terrible. Very scary stuff. They say on there that the body normal gets rid of it in 3-6 months, but then why is that some people have the blue lines that is as a result of the filler inserted to superficially, still present 2-3 years after? That means the body hasn't metabolised it yet. Already it doesn't' make sense. We have only there word to go buy. How do we know that the body has gotten rid of it? We don't know how the body deals with these substances. We just put our trust in them. Thats why l should have done my own research, as l normally do, but as l said l took a chance. Thanks for the tips again, and will keep searching. Sue |
Restylane Issues
I had similar issues with Restylane. My face is constantly numb and I feel terrible. I am considering getting it reversed with Hyalurdonidase but now I'm afraid if side effects from that. How are you doing now?

Fractured vision
I have fractured vision from a botched restylan injection done by a Dr. I can only see now with one eye. Both eyes can’t work together unless I wear prism glasses. Looking for anyone else with this issue.
