Default Best rest blues

Im on day 2 of my 5 day mandatory bed rest and i am going crazy! I know the only reason my feet arnt as bad is because im not on them but all i want to do is go outside and enjoy the nice day. Its really hard not to just get up and do stuff.

Hi Cass, really feel for you hopefully you get some improvement. Why the enforced rest? I find doing nothing really messes with my head. After a really bad day yesterday decided to stay busy today and not let my mind dwell on my problems, some advice from mrsD about ANTs really helped.

Are sitting quietly outside on a lounge chair or at least having an open window out of the question?

Hi Cass I have always found my PN to be worse when I am not doing anything, I now dread holidays as I have nothing to distract me and too much time to think about my pain.
I hope you feel better after resting but for me it would be my worst nightmare.
Take care.
