Default chi machine

Anyone use a chi machine for neuropothy?

I have had a chi machine for years, have used it off and on, more off than not, lol.

When my neuropothy first appeared I started researching chi machine for it and found many chi machine sites claim it helps. There were also many reviews from people who say it helped. But ya never know if its real or not.

I have been using mine morning and night consistantly but Im not sure if its helping or not since I have done so many other things at the same time.

In theory it seems like it might help since chi machines circulate blood, and oxygen, especially to fee.

Anyone here use one?

IDK. Maybe it works for some, or seems to, and not for others. Maybe some who have tried it will be along.

Yup, I think it helped me , but the problem was their all too fast and vibrate , so the end result does no negate the gains ( I have EDS / HMS / Cranial settling ) you see

I was considering trying this last year before I took my bed, but mainly because it doesnt vibrate or move too fast, like most of these devices - it also has some positive reviews..

I have neuropathy in my feet and find that massaging helps relieve the prickling and cold feeling. I tried several others and this was by far the most effective. However after about a year the plastic became brittle and both feet broke off. Also the cloth cover was wearing out and unable to find a replacement.

Well the sun ancon is the only one with the figure 8 configuration of the fish and is patented...all other name brands just go back and forth, and as I understand it is the specific figure 8, like a fish, lol, that benefits.

I don't sell them or anything. Actually it was given to me by my mother in law years ago and has sat mostly unused until this neuropothy. She gave it to me cuz it claims to help lose weight, but ya, whatever, lol.

But I do believe it helps me, especially with the burning. Last night my toes were on FIRE and I used it and and hour later burning gone. Was it the chi? I believe so but its all a crap shoot, lol. But usually burning that bad lasts all night.

I bought a chi machine last spring , I don't have PN, I have TOS/RSI/myofascial
discomfort. It seems to help for those , but I use other modalities too.
I like the energized feeling it gives and it does say they help to loosen up, detox and invigorate the body.

Ok so I found this old post for a reason.

I had stopped using my chi machine last year when I developed a knee/back problem and then just forgot about it. You know how you get all busy trying to find what works for pain control for pn that you let some things go while trying new things.

Well last month, actually 2 weeks ago, things have been awful for me. The whole last 3 months its been dreadful and I have been depressed.

So I have again been trying new things and old ones and this chi machine is one of them. I dug it back out, because in theory it just makes sense that it would help IF circulation is a problem for PN in feet and burning.

The last 7 days, or more specifically nights, have been heaven.

Why?

I dunno. The new/old things I am doing:

Chi machine morning and night
Vitamin C

Is it one of these that is helping ? I dunno. Is it coincidence? I dunno. All I do know is the last 7 days have been heaven, sleeping 8 hours again, in my bed, not on the couch.

When I am done doing the chi machine I get the "tingle'' that it talks about but I notice my toes feel it too now, where as use to be only my right ones and only vaguely. Now both feet and all toes feel the rush of tingle when I shut off the machine.

Anyway, chi or not, I am praying it continues.

We looked at that machine and then someone turned us onto inferred lights. We purchased foot pads for my Mom and the results have been amazing. There is a lot of crap out there though so you have to be careful. *admin edit*. It increases circulation and increases N/O. My Mom has been very happy

I had an infra red dome that went with my chi machine, I never used it much and gave it to my father in law who wanted it. After I gave it away is when I learned of all the things I SHOULD have been using it for.

I am loving my chi machine now. Especially on days I don't exercise, using this twice a day definately helps.
