For others here NSVN= Non-Systemic Vasculitic Neuropathy Vasculitis is typically an autoimmune situation, and I guess this is why you qualify for IVIG treatments. This is inflammation of the blood vessels, which can reduce circulation of the blood to various body tissues. If your neuropathy is truly an autoimmune assault, then the IVIG should work to some extent.
