Default Desensitize therapy

I went to PA and said that my legs feel like mosquitoes are bothering them. He advised to rub legs two minutes morning and night.

ANyone hear of this? Did it help? I will try it as it cheap therapy.

Funny you should mention that, because I've started rubbing my feet and legs before I get out of bed in the morning and they seem to feel a little bit better. I don't rub them very hard, just enough to feel it. It's not a deep tissue message. I don't have the mosquito bites going on, but my feet do hurt sometimes in the morning if the medications have worn off.

Message is good for circulation so the blood can bring nutrients and oxygen. I massage my feet in the shower and after that, with lotion. Same reason exercise it good.
