Cool Smirk Non Diabetic Small Fiber Neuropathy - Supplements

Hello,

I am new to to the forum and would like to know if anyone that has Non Diabetic Small Fiber Neuropathy could discuss what supplements they are taking? I have done some research on what I think should be taken, but I wonder if I need all of it? Of course, I would only start with one and add each supplement as I felt comfortable.
I am currently taking:
Methyl b12 5000mcg

I will be adding B1 Benfotiamine soon and work my way up to 600mg /day

Should I also consider R-Aplha Liopic Acid and Acetyl-L-carnitine?

Please let me know the amounts you take as well.

Thanks!
