Default Horizant for neuropathy

I have had idiopathic neuropathy for several years. Initially tried gabapentin, didn't help, then 800 mg lamictal -developed hand tremors so stoopped (may have helped, not sure)
Now taking Horizant 2400mg for 3 days. Body feels weird legs like stone. Maybe from neuropathy, coming off lamictal or the horizant. no idea. Don't know if I should stick with it.
Any ideas????????
