Thanks SallyB...

Yah. These are just new additions. My daily supplementation includes Co-Q10, Fish Oil, MSM, vitamin D. My blood work for B12 is normal, but from what I've read here it needs to be higher. I went a bought a 1,000 mcg sublingual version and then, doh, I read here get the 5,000 mcg. Ah well. Live and learn, and use what I've already got.

Default Any updates, NBrazil?

I hope you're still checking this board. Even more, I hope your symptoms have improved. And that's partly a selfish hope because I'm dealing with very similar pain in the buttocks, and it too gets worse when I sit. And walking helps me, too, but for various reasons I'm just now building strength to the point where I can walk three-quarters of a mile on a level surface. Standing is worse--so I'm left sitting not-so-pretty.

That idea of the nerve being pinched from both directions makes sense to me. My neurologist thinks that the pain comes from the sciatic nerve but that it's not a further development of my idiopathic (small and large fiber) peripheral neuropathy. But given how weird this disease is, I'm more inclined to think just about any physical problem is related to the PN!

So I'd like to know if anything has helped your pain (and pressure). I'll check for posts from you in other threads, and maybe there's an update there.
