Default "swelling" real or not

i have extremely awful peripheral neuropathy due to a stretch injury to my brachial plexus. i have ehlers danlos syndrome. i experience waht feels like swelling but when i show it to people they don't see what im takling about. my arms feel extremely heavy at all times, even when my ribs aren't elevated (long story but i do ahve some form of tos also tmj). my hands are numb at all times but the numbness changes throughout the day, sometimes more sometimes less. as does the swelling. i very rarely experience muscle spasms just the tight heavy feeling

i have noticed this heavy feeling is in my legs for awhile now..last November i accidentally over stretched my back on a foam roller and developed tingling in my legs. the tingling has mostly gone but my legs feel heavy and swollen, sometimes when im walking my calf muscles feel so heavy it makes my toes cramp when i walk.

i feel staticy (sp) in my arms and legs and heavy. i feel like im going to faint all the time

i do not have sweating or excess nail growth.

all my blood tests and a cervical mri/emg/ncv came back normal. i did have a bad magnesium deficiency a year ago.

i'm not sure what the next step should be. is this swelling real or is it in my head, it's driving me nuts! when you injure nerve do the tissues permanently change? thanks!
