Default Muscle Cramping- Tumeric Anyone?

Hello,

Has anyone tried using Tumeric for muscle cramps? If so, did you use organic fresh ground, mustard, capsules?

Thanks,
Nervous1

make sure you use turmeric with pepper in it, so as it absorbs better in body.

I take turmeric supplements each day for sore kneck pain, and it works very well.
