Somehow, I missed coming back to this thread. I am on a Mac, using OSX 10.3.9 and AOL 10.3.7.

Cathie . . .

I am not very familiar with Macs. What browser are you using? AOL is just the service provider. Are you running the type of Mac setup that allows running of Windows programs? I believe it is the Parallels interface that does this.
