Do you have to stand to use it or just sit?

That is great you have found some relief from it and that it helps with other things as well (weight)! Too bad it is so expensive!

I am trying to think of ways I can keep my blood moving without moving too much. It is believed I have burning nerve pain in the glute/hamstring area which is greatly restricting my movement, and, as a result, think I have some circulation issues. It is possible my sciatic nerves are pinched, though I am not sure of the cause yet. When the stabbing pain, weakness, and muscle spasms get too bad, I can hardly move for days and then have to really slowly add in movement again.

Thanks again for the info Stacy!

well it definately moves the blood and helps circulation. It is sorta like rebounding if you have heard of that, where you jump on the trampoline and it helps the blood dump toxins...well I know this does help with that because I had to start out slowly, cuz when I first started out I thought, oh no big deal, I can do 20 minutes, it just wiggles my legs, and I got sick.

Supposedly it dumps toxins out of the lymph and blood and many other things, and I do believe it.

Yes, you lay down. Google chi machine by sunancon
