Default Distal Symmetric Polyneuropathy

Hello, my name is Colin; I'm 50 years old. I live in Preston, Lancashire and I have suffered from this condition for over 14 years now. The issues originated in my feet and proceeded to spread to my legs, that now uncontrollably jump/shake. It then spread into my arms and hands.

I had a bad fall five weeks ago and was taken into hospital where I was told that the condition had spread to my head. As a result I now suffer from severe headaches, which I very rarely suffered from in the past and which medication doesn't seem to aid effectively.

Is there anyone else on here suffering from this? If so, what are your experiences with it?

Thanks.
