Best for you all.
I’m so happy to hear that!

I’m also doing quite well. I tested positive for COVID a couple of weeks ago, but feel the vaccine reaction really prepared me for it!

I hope you continue to do well!

4 months ago I completed the rabies vaccine. During that time I had many undesirable effects. Many mirrored rabies symptoms and honestly ruined nearly 3 months of my life, but as of now I have things mostly under control and wanted to share what helped me in hopes future readers can get over the reaction as I have in the past few weeks. I have upped my vitamins. I had been taking magnesium, D3, Omega3, and zinc as a precaution for COVID, so these where already in my routine, but found when I added liquid vitamin B and a nerve tonic tincture my pins and needles/spasms really got better, the migraines have been treated with an essential oil blend and ice packs, body aches with a menthol body rub. I try to not overdo anything and so far things have been immensely better.
I’m grateful I found this community and I hope everyone here continues to do well or finds some treatment that helps ease these reactions and future readers know there is hope.
Take care.

This is my first post here, hi!
I just received the 7th day vaccine of the PEP series last night as a precaution, as I was told it was safe, and have been feeling pins and needles, shooting pains, and a tightness in my left arm/left ring/pinky finger and my left foot, left side of my face since after my second dose. The foot & face seem to have improved a bit, but my arm hasn’t at all. Like my fingers aren’t coordinated or snappy as they should be

The posts on here about improving give me hope, but I can’t help but be worried about those people who seem to have gotten worse & never came back. The thought of having given myself a permanent condition or something like MS or worse is terrifying and depressing. Anybody know what happened to ARose’s wife and Neuro_member??

Hi, welcome. I’m glad you found this space. I have read and reread these posts so many times to get through the rough times, and like to think most stop updating when the reactions become manageable or finally cease.
I hope that the final dose went well and these side effects don’t last long for you. Please keep us updated and take care of yourself.

Default Eye symptoms anyone?

I did 2 of my shots already. Two more to go.
No major side effects, except for some occasional pins and needles and headache, nausea the first day.
Hovewer I got a weird one today. My pupil is dilated and I got blurred eye vision. My husband got a dilated pupil too. He was fine before but as soon as he did his vaccine it got dilated within minutes. Weird. Had any of you had eye side effects too?

Unhappy

Hi! Just checking in, I cut it short after the third dose, as the shot was unnecessary and more precautionary. This was now 2 weeks ago. I have pretty much no pain now. But the muscle tightness that felt like reduced sensation in part of my arm/fingers/toes is still present, now also in half my face and neck. Not totally numb, but almost like pressure. Odd sensations whenever I moved those muscles, especially in my face. Occasional twitches.
Anyone else deal with this?

Waiting on a callback from a neuro, wish I’d never gotten these shots! Terrified.

Thank You

Hey, how are you feeling now?
Were your tingling symptoms everywhere or only where you got bit?
When did you stop feeling anxious about rabies?
