Default Weird experience

Hi everyone has anyone ever had this experience, I was relaxing one evening watching TV when it was as if someone had flicked a switch off on my right hand, every bit of pain had disappeared about five mins later same thing happened in left hand but returned with a vengence about thirty mins later.......god I thought I was going into remission no such luck.......my condition is small fibre sensory neuronopathy also affects autonomic nerves I would be grateful for any feedback..............ty
