Default Lyme Disease?

I have a new neuro doc and he told me I tested positive on the p41 and p58 bands, but negative on the confirmation test. The doc who ordered it just told me it was negative. The new doc ordered another western blot just to be sure.

Does anyone know anything about late-stage lyme testing? There is so much controversy about the testing and diagnostic criteria...I don't know what to think.
