Default Sigh...It's hit my face :( + new itching

What the heck! The stupid buzzing has now hit my face. It's really random, and only a little bit at a time, but the stupid neuropathy is now kind of all over. Feet, perineum (from burn), breasts, hands and now face. Hands/wrists hurt all the time now (I'm wearing braces right this second). Anywhere that I have sore spots/previous injury hurts (shoulder & S/I joint mostly). But come on, my face?

And I'm itchy a lot. I keep telling myself it's just pollen and it'll go away, but I've never been itchy with allergies before, just nasal symptoms. The itching is mostly on my forearms.

And I have a hard lump behind my ear/bottom of head/top of neck. I keep telling myself it's a lymph node, but it's small, really hard, and sore. The bigger lymph node drained a few days ago, so this should go away soon.
