Default burning skin

I have had a burning skin sensation throughout my entire body for 5 years. Could this be nueropothy. I have been prescribed a lot of medicine and it has done nothing until for the first time I have seen relief by using 5000mcg daily of b12. I have been using it for a week and a half. Do you think It takes more time to see the full effect and do you think I should add any other supplments in addition to the b12 I am taking.
Thank Andrew

Hi Andrew, it's great that the B12 has helped you, take it on a empty stomach for best absorbtion, i take mine at night just before retiring for bed, I would keep taking it indefinitely, you must have been very low in the vitamin , you can't have to much b12 in your system the more the better.
A good quality multi B would be good to take as well in the morning.

best of luck to you.
Brian

Did you get a b12 test? That is always good to see where you start. That is one supplement that can help for sure.
