Hi!

Just a reminder that the next meeting of the Neuropathy Support Group is

Thursday 25th October at 7pm at the
Oak Lawn Public Library,
9427 Raymond Avenue,
Oak Lawn, IL.

Dr Segura from the Chicago Peripheral Nerve Center will be attending and we hope you can attend. Please register by replying to this email. The meeting is FREE!
