Default Are you referring to Cogan's syndrome?

The autoimmune inflammatory conditions of eyes and ears?

From the little I know about it, it's certainly possible that those with it might also have neuropathy and other conditions, due to the autoimmune connection; in fact, vasculitis, which is thought to be a big part of the mechanism with Cogan's, is also well known to produce neuropathy:

Yes. It is the autoimmune inflammatory conditions of eyes and ears.

According to here neurologist - it is very rare and she would like to know how rare it is.

Thanks for your reply.
