I love pizza, and eat it all the time using low carb fagita!!

I put the fagita in a pan and crisp it up on both sides then load all my toppings on it and put in the oven. Sometimes olive oil, garlic, chicken, spinache, cheese, and onions, sometimes a regular pizza with red sauce, sausage, cheese and pepperoni.

SO GOOD.

Mission makes a GREAT low carb fagita it only has 7 carbs and I make two of them they are kinda small.

The best thing about the book is that the food is gluten free, but also free of sugar and limited on carbs. Many recipes are not all and if they are, the ingredients are not that healthful. One third of the book is information, then recipes.

Yes, it really is great!
As a vegetarian, being gluten-free is very difficult. This book has recipes that really broaden the horizon!
