I thought this was in my head but now I am starting to believe that taking melatonin makes my pn worse.
I chalked it up to coincidence in the past, I don't take melatonin very often, or even regularly, only once a month maybe, so it's hard to say there is a correlation at first. But I took it for the last 3 nights and last night was the worse kind of pain I have ever had. Not just the regular burn but a pain that is hard to describe. My big toes felt like they were vibrating. I am not taking it tonight, will see what happens but it seems more than coincidence now that every time I take it I have a bad night. Guess it wasn't that great anyway, don't have to have it, but thought I would share my experience. |
