Arrow Clinical trials for SFN?

Hi All,
I'm a new member as of today, and I've just been diagnosed by a neurologist with SFN. This NeuroTalk site is terrific, so thanks to everyone who has contributed. Does anyone know about any clinical trials that are planned (or are already in progress) for testing anything that might help arrest or reverse the progress of SFN?
Thanks in advance for any input,
Ibar
