Yes, that rice is just awful for blood sugar. I don't eat chinese food. We do eat Japanese and Thai. I love how fresh those dishes are.

I actually was not the one that had the chicken and cashews. I did however have home made stir fry with chicken, rice and veggies. The soy sauce I did have soy sauce though and boy I payed for it. At least I believe it was that. I will not find out because I don't intend to try it again. My feet always burn it never stops but that day it hit a definite 10. Thanks for the well wishes! Kim |
