Default Can't sit, can't lay down...please help!

Hi,
I need some advises please...i am desperate and exhausted.
it has been over 6 months and my drs are still trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I think i have some kind of PN though. I first had tingling in hands and pain in shoulders. A month later feet start to tingle. I have pain on the back of my legs when i am sitting down, so i cant really sit. i have more pain in my arm/hand/shoulder if i am lying on the side, so had been sleeping on my back.
Starting one day last week (after i got a cold), all of a sudden i would have bad nerve pain on my lower back, and my feet would feel freezing when i am lying on my back, even though they are warm to touch. The freezing/chill feeling would go up to my spine and it is unbearable. Now i can't sit, and cant lay down. I didnt sleep for 4days. Last night i first tried gralise, which seemed to help me get some sleep, but today i felt like a zombie and still had pain, so i am not planning to take it again. i am sleep deprived and exausted everyday, on top of tingling/pain in my hands/arms/shoulders/low back. I need to be able to function in order to talk care of my two young children. Any advices on how to get some rest would be appreciated...thank you.

Ps. I am taking most of the supplements mentioned here. All my blood tests/mri came back normal.
