Default I have the flu

This morning I woke up with the flu body aches and fever, I have Small fiber full body neuropathy, is it ok to take Tamiflu? Thanks, Jan

I am so sorry you are ill! Not sure about the Tamiflu and if it is ok. My doctor has not seen it help anyone much. I hope someone can answer you soon.

The skinny on Tamiflu is not good. If it works at all, it mildly shortens flu by a day or so. It is highly controversial now.
That is why it is on TV commercials so heavily right now to counter the bad press.

Rest, and take adequate fluids, keep track of any fever, and if fever goes up or returns, see a doctor ASAP.
