anybody have any side effects from taking sublingual (cyanocobalamin) B12?

cyanocobalamin...Isn't that the B12 that has cyanide in it??? I thought that was the worse kind to take???

That is what I always thought. I refused cyanocobalamin shots due to the cyanide.
