Default Added Symptoms Baffling

I've had PN for nine years after C3-4 fusion surgery for stenosis. Once in a while it got worse but now I'm dealing with horrible burning of my hands and feet that even goes to my torso. But the numbing is so bad now that it or paresthesia is affecting my small motor skills in my hands. I drop things because I don't feel my grasp, I have trouble writing and typing and only when my hands are cold is the burning tolerable. ANY hand or general movement like PT or massage or raking stirs them up. Are these progressive symptoms? I work with a neurologist and will do nerve conduction test soon plus trying more Lyrica. Also will get another cervical spine MRI.

Sorry if you've already tried this, but have you tried taking methyl B12? If so, did it help?

I used to have the same symptoms as you, where I dreaded even picking up a pen or using a computer mouse, and my writing would be messy because I had no grip. Then I started taking cyano B12, but now I am going to move onto the superior methyl sublingual B12.

I think a nerve conduction test would be useful.
