Default Heavy Arms and Legs in Morning

This week I got up to find my arms and legs were heavy as if I worked all night as a dock worker loading ships! Then it was hard to get them moving as if someone were holding me back. It was scary as well since it was a new symptom but did have bad burning hands and feet along with it. After lunch I took a XANAX to calm me down a bit and it did help. The next day was better though. Can this be just another symptom of peripheral neuropathy?
