Default Bobblehead - is that Tremors?

Sometimes when I am just sitting still, watching TV or at the computer, I realize my head is shaking a little, or just shook, and it feels like it's a bobblehead. It just goes back and forth sideways. No pain. It seems if I notice it, it'll stop. I don't notice my neck muscles contracting at all.

I still get facilitations, take magnesium and epsom salt soaks (not enough, but I did one yesterday). This is causing twitches, which seem faster. I'm not sure if these are the same thing or not.

I"m also noticing a wonderful feeling like I'm being kicked behind my knee or the floor is going out from under me.

MRI of my brain and cervical spine tomorrow morning. I hope I get some answers, even if it's not the answer I want.

I have the "bobblehead" symptoms sometimes, usually when I'm stressed, and it can be very little stress--like thinking of the 3 things I need to do--or something as silly as that.
