Default Cold Laser Therapy
Cold Laser Therapy has been suggested by my podiatrist for the ball of the foot pain. He said it helps speed healing and is safe.

Has anyone used this type of therapy and if so, what were the results?

I was hoping to read some results myself, as it sounds good.

Are you going to try it? Might as well, I can't see that it would have any negative effects so it may just be something that works for you.

There are a few threads about this, like this one here. It seems to give some relief during the treatment, but that doesn't last. It also sounds very expensive.

Yes, we do have several threads here. Please use the search
function using the keyword "laser" to find them.

This venue is now over 6 yrs old and there are many informative posts from the past, that can be easily accessed to read valuable discussions.

I can see how it would only help while doing it. That is what accupuncture was like for me, worked while I did it but when you stop doing it all the pain comes back. Who can afford to do it all the time?

More like a temporary fix.

However, if swelling is a huge issue, it may be just what you need to help push that swelling out.
