Lately I have been soaking my hands and feet in 110 F water and the tingling has started since that day. I can't really tell if things have been getting better or worse, just more tingling than normal. The tingling is in new and old spots. I don't know if it is new spots actually. The problem is that the surface of my hands and feet are that bad spots but inside the foot it is ok. For all I know it is tingling on the inside.
