Default Taking Duricef

Well it has been at least two years but now I have a UTI. We have been moving into our new home for a few weeks and I was not taking my Greens powder and smoothies and vinegar in water. Wish i had made sure I took them... I took probiotics but not my really good ones that I keep in the fridge. I did keep taking D Mannose and cranberry caps as I do daily. I also kept drinking lots of water. I am taking Duricef and that is the safest antibiotic for me.

Is there anything I can do besides keep taking my probiotics to minimize effects?
