Hi there.

My name is Melody. My husband has neuropathy (so do I but it's diabetic and I take lots of Methl B-12 and that nipped it in the bud).

The reason I am replying is that I have met many people with chemo induced neuropathy. Some of them attend a monthly neuropathy support group meeting. They all are now taking Methyl B-12. I take 5000 sublingually each morning. It really helped.

And speaking of Flax, do you know that you can grow greens out of the flax seeds. Easiest thing in the world to do. I sprout seeds and grains and I also do microgreens. I make microgreens from Chia seeds and from Flax. I buy the organic seeds online. You can purchase Flax from a good health store. All you have to do is get a small tray, (let's say it's a 5 x 7 tray). fill with potting soil (I myself don't use soil but I use a coconut medium called COIR) but you can use potting soil and get the exact same result. It's cheap and it's easy AND IT'S FLAX, getting in your system. All you do is add the potting soil to the tray, wet it thoroughly and drain out excess water. Then you will be left with a tray of wet potting soil, lol, you then sprinkle a teaspoon of the organic flax seeds and mist them well. THAT'S IT. Cover with another similar tray (I mist the inside of the cover and it makes a humidity dome). The greens GROW THEMSELVES. Every few days just mist them and put the cover back on. In about 10 days (it does take time), you will have greens growing on your kitchen table and you can harvest them by snipping above the soil and adding these to your salads, sandwiches, etc. I do this every single day. I have videos up on youtube. If you are interested I'll post a link and you can see how I do microgreens out of flax.

Here's the link to my flax microgreens.

To me, it's so simple and they literally grow themselves.

All the best

Melody
P.S. Besides Flax, I grow broccoli, radish, alfalfa, clover, sunflower greens, I'm a sprouting and microgreening fool. It's a very relaxing hobby. And it's GOOD FOR YOU.
