Default supplements and effects on liver

I am trying to find out if any of the following supplements can be hard on the liver: alpha lipoic acid, methyl b12, and benfotiamine. I really had not seen much indicating this, but I know there are many people on here who know a lot about these supplements. Thanks for your help.

Not to my knowledge; AFAIK they're all quite safe. I'm a little short on time this morning, but just google [supplement] toxicity for each of them and peruse the credible links.

To be honest I'm more afraid of the medications then the supplements. So many of the medications are known to cause liver damage.

I have not seen any research that states that the supplements are toxic to the liver. However, as we all know not as much research to obtained on supplements since they are not FDA approved. I personally still have more faith in them.

...particularly those that are either naturally utilized by or produced in the body (like RLA).
