Default I got a new CAR!!! No more bus rides for this girl!

Hey Y'all! I finally got a car! I just picked it up last night! No more riding the bus for me! I couldn't be happier.

I put the car seat in the back to drop off little Destiny at pre-school, the sewing machine in the trunk for the sewing lessons I teach at lunch, and I backed out of the driveway this morning with a smile on my face from ear to ear a full HOUR later than I normally leave for work! No more bus riding for this girl! No more waiting in the rain for the bus, then transferring to another one, then jumping on the light rail, then walking across the four building campus to get to the opposite end of our huge building before I got to my cubicle... Now I can drive. It is so incredibly nice to have a dependable vehicle............ YIPPEE!!!!!!

It's a RED Chrysler Sebring Oh, it's so Pretty! 2006 Model. My Granddaughter came running out of the house and hugged it! Yes, she hugged the car! She was so happy, she said, " Now Grandma's feet won't hurt so much when she comes home from work every day!" Usually I just sit on the porch with my feet up on another chair and watch her ride her bicycle in the courtyard with the other children. (I may still do that, I love to watch them play outside in the evenings while I relax after work). I think it's a Grandma's special priveledge to watch the kids play after a long days work!

Anyway... I had to share with everyone! I'm so tickled! It's so exciting!

Default I gotta warn you tho..

those shiny RED cars are cop magnets! You treat that car like your grand-daughter and you'll be OK.

Now you can really get there [wherever THERE is] and not be grouchy when you get there! - j

Well, if the cop is handsome, all the better! I know, I'll obey all the rules and stay out of the fast lane! Hey, with PN it's the only way I CAN go fast sometimes! The girls at work make jokes about it, they even give me a headstart to the cafeteria so they don't have to walk so slow!

Today they gave me a little turtle to hang on my computer ! He is one of the Slowsky's! From the Internet commercial! He's so cute! That's me!

Default Congratulations!

On your new car. That is so great that you won't have to walk so much and you can leave later... I am glad you got this and will give your feet a well-deserved rest.

Congrats!!
A new car is very exciting.
Best of luck....Oh, BTW, my PCP wrote me a note that I carry with me all the time. In case I get stopped and have to walk a straight line.
I don't drink(well a glass of wine, sometimes), but it says
I have PN
and can't walk a straight line. Mebbe your PCP can do the same for you.
