I have had numbness,tingling and muscle cramping for 1 year never have had any pain associated with the symptoms..Both my feet are fairly numb and the numbness is creeping up my left leg--but no pain.I have had a rough time finding a doctor because all the ones I have contacted are "pain management" doctors--good luck as people on this site tell me you are your own advocate..raise hell till you get someone to listen
