I want to reply because I am sorry nobody has had an answer for you, but I really can't help you much, it out of my territory.

Until someone comes along that can help, I would suggest reading this forum inside and out, especially the supplements at the top stickie or do a search on this forum supplements or any other word. Chances are there are old posts here that can help answer some of your questions.

I know it is scary. Knowledge is power, so keep reading, researching and don't give up. The more you learn the better you are. If you don't get an answer here then keep looking.

good luck
