I use Biofreeze gel and/or the roll on. I like it, have used it for years, and it does not get hot. However, I never use it on my feet. That just does not work for me. But on my calves and lower back it is great. I have never tried the spray. After rubbing on the gel you need to wash your hands in cold water. The directions tell you what to do as you only need a little of it.

An alternative is to use/wear a medical-type latex or vinyl glove that can be discarded after use.

It might be overkill for something like this, but can be handy/ideal for some topical meds—especially prescriptions. YMMV.

I know I can but I choose not to. It isn't that hard to wash my hands in cold water after I rub it on. Prescriptions, I have no idea. Thanks.

Smith, why do you put YMMV on all your replys? what does this mean??? lol sorry but I wonder every time and make up stuff in my head, now I will see if I am right, lol

The Life Extensions was still more the dr's Best, even on sale, but they didn't have Dr's Best so I thought I would try something new. Hopefully its all the same.

ymmv= your mileage may vary. its taken from car commercials for gas mileage. it is the disclaimer at the end of the commercial meaning you may not get the same results.

Thanks Echoes. Not every reply, but many.

What Is 'YMMV'? What Does YMMV Mean?

I also use it to indicate that others' opinions may be different than mine, and that's cool.

LEF is a good company. I get the magazine and the doctors have webinars that are so good. Each year there is one about the immune system and getting it strong for cold and flu season.

My doctors look at each supplement and get the best one so several are used. Pure Encapsulations, Designs for Health and others...

I use Life Extension Foundation Benfotiamine.
