Default Way off the norm

This is very short and probably way off the norm but I wish all a Happy Mother's Day - may everyone enjoy some pain free or at least pain mamangeable time today. Perhaps in the not too distant future the forum will be reserved to recount stories of difficult times past not a daily reminder of the pain we all experience.

Unhappy Thank you....

I had wonderful plans for today.... BUT...

I came down with a virus...sore throat and laryngitis yesterday. So I had to cancel them.
Perhaps will do them next weekend.

But my feet and hands are acting up terribly... everytime (not often for me) that I get a bug... my PN acts up!

Do you think our bodies are trying to tell us SOMETHING????

Like "don't have any stress in our lives"?????

Yeah, like that's going to happen!!!!

We should all be like a buddhist friend of mine. He sits and bangs the chimes and chants Om, Om. And he's better for it.

I find myself chanting Om Om sometimes too!!!

May all you moms out there have a nice quiet peaceful, STRESS-FREE Day!!!

Me??? I'm off to the laundromat. Alan had to work a double shift. The guy never came to relieve him. But he called me at 9a.m. and said 'HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY". When he comes home tonight, we'll go around the corner to our favorite Japanese restaurant.

I always WILL NOT COOK!!!! on Mothers Day!!!

Melody
